Exchanges and returns

CONFECCIONES SBL is a brand dedicated to the production and distribution of textile garments, founded in Cúcuta in 2007 by two women passionate about fashion and details. Our main objective is to develop functional garments with a unique aesthetic. These items are made from 100% Colombian fabrics with cotton, rayon, and elastane bases. With highly guaranteed inputs, we support single mothers, and our manufacturing is 100% local.

 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:

  1. The maximum period for exchanges for wholesale orders is thirty (30) days from the invoice date. Only up to 30% of the total invoiced quantity will be allowed for exchange.

  2. To arrange an exchange, the customer must inform us via WhatsApp at 316-7999095 to receive authorization for shipment to CONFECCIONES SIBYL SAS facilities.

  3. For merchandise to be received at the warehouse, it must be sent in perfect condition, clean, without stains, and with its respective label. Dirty merchandise or merchandise without labels will not be accepted.

  4. If any product is received without tags or in poor condition, it will be returned to the sender's address, and the costs will be charged to the distributor-client.

  5. Each garment has its packaging, which must be submitted at the time of exchange or return.

  6. Retail exchanges and returns:

If you wish to exchange a size, color, or reference, you must send the garment to our facilities in the same condition in which it was received: unworn, with original tags, and within the period established in our exchange policy.

Once we receive and verify the product, we will proceed with shipping the new garment.

Shipping costs: The cost of returning the garment to SBL will be borne by the customer. The cost of the new shipment to the customer will be borne by SBL. In this way, each party assumes one of the two shipments involved in the exchange process.
