AUTHORIZATION FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

By accepting this document, I freely, expressly, unequivocally, and informatively declare that I AUTHORIZE SBL, in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012, Law 2300 of 2023, Law 1266 of 2008, Decree 1377 of 2013, Decree 1074 of 2015, and other applicable regulations, to collect, store, use, circulate, delete, and, in general, process my personal data, including sensitive data when necessary.

Data Subject Declarations

  • I declare that my activity, profession, or trade is lawful and that the resources I possess come from legal activities.
  • I authorize the processing of my personal data for all pre-contractual, contractual, and commercial processes derived from the acquisition of goods or services with SBL.
  • I acknowledge having been clearly informed about how my personal data will be processed.

1. Purpose of Data Processing

My personal data may be used by SBL for the following purposes:

  • Consultation and reporting to credit bureaus when legally applicable.
  • Conducting satisfaction surveys.
  • Sending promotions, commercial campaigns, and advertising.
  • Information about products, services, and news.
  • Handling requests, purchases, warranties, and customer service.

2. Information Processing

The processing will be carried out directly by SBL or by third-party processors, in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy and current Colombian legislation.

3. Information Users

Personal data may be shared with:

  • Affiliate companies, subsidiaries, related companies, or strategic partners.
  • Entities responsible for managing databases for fraud prevention, risk analysis, and verification of legal requirements.
  • Technological or logistical providers involved in the provision of contracted services.

4. International Transfer

When necessary to fulfill the authorized purposes, SBL may carry out national and international transfers of personal data, ensuring compliance with Colombian data protection legislation.

5. Sensitive Data

The provision of sensitive data is completely voluntary. Should I provide it, I expressly authorize SBL to process it, including information related to health, biometric data, or other sensitive data permitted by law.

Important: The data subject is not obliged to provide information considered sensitive data.

6. Data Subject Rights

As the data subject, I may exercise the following rights:

  • Know the personal data stored.
  • Request its update.
  • Request its rectification.
  • Request its deletion when appropriate.
  • Revoke the granted authorization.
  • Submit inquiries and claims in accordance with current legislation.
