OUR STORY
From generation to generation, with passion and purpose
SBL was born from a true legacy of tailoring and a deep understanding of how a garment can change the way a woman feels and presents herself to the world.
More than forty years ago, in our family, fashion became a way of life. Amidst meters of fabric, sewing machines, and long workdays, several generations of women learned a craft that was passed down from hand to hand with patience, discipline, and a deep respect for detail.
In 2017, SBL was officially launched, a Colombian women's fashion brand created by two women, Nancy Cuellar and her daughter Hazly Geraldine Sanguino Cuellar, with the purpose of designing versatile garments for real women and demonstrating that it is possible to build a company where quality, innovation, and social impact go hand in hand.

At a time when many garment workshops have disappeared, we decided to continue investing in local talent and generating decent employment for women who find in this craft an opportunity to grow and transform the lives of their families.
We also open our doors to migrant women who seek to rebuild their life projects through dignified, stable, and opportunity-filled work.
