By accessing and/or using this website, the user declares to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy, committing to comply with current Colombian legislation.

If the user does not agree with any of these conditions, they must refrain from using this website.

BSL S.A.S. may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Modifications will be effective from their publication. If any provision is declared null or ineffective, the others will remain fully valid.

Scope of Application

These conditions apply to all purchases made through https://modasbl.co and its associated platforms.

By making a purchase, the customer automatically accepts these terms of sale, delivery, and service. If there is any non-conformity, it must be communicated in writing for its respective evaluation.

Offers, Prices, and Promotions

  • Promotions published in the online store may vary compared to physical stores.
  • BSL S.A.S. reserves the right to modify prices, promotions, products, and descriptions without prior notice.
  • Prices are expressed in Colombian pesos and include VAT where applicable.
  • Product images are illustrative and may show slight variations in color or tone.
  • Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer, except for current promotions.

Delivery Times

Once payment is confirmed, the order will be delivered to the carrier within the next business day.

The estimated delivery time is 5 to 8 business days, depending on the destination and logistical conditions.

BSL S.A.S. will not be responsible for delays caused by external reasons or force majeure.

Contract Formalization

To make purchases, the customer must be of legal age, have the legal capacity to contract, and have a valid payment method.

The purchase will only be considered accepted when BSL S.A.S. confirms the order via email.

BSL S.A.S. may verify inventory availability and reject orders when there are inconsistencies or errors.

Product Delivery

  • Deliveries are made only within Colombian territory.
  • Shipments are made Monday to Saturday, except holidays.
  • The customer will receive the tracking number once the order is dispatched.
  • Address changes may incur additional costs.

Delivery Problems

If the product is not available before confirming the order, BSL S.A.S. may offer an equivalent product or cancel the order.

In case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, BSL S.A.S. will inform the client and make the corresponding refund.

Payments and Electronic Invoicing

Payments can be made via PSE. By making a purchase, the customer authorizes the processing of their personal data and agrees to receive the electronic invoice at the registered email address.

The invoice complies with all requirements established by the DIAN.

Reservation of Ownership

Products will remain the property of BSL S.A.S. until payment has been made in full.

Applicable Legislation

All commercial relations derived from the use of this website will be governed by Colombian legislation.

Authorization for Information Consultation

The buyer authorizes BSL S.A.S., PlacetoPay, and EGM Ingeniería Sin Fronteras S.A.S. to consult financial and credit information in authorized credit bureaus.
